 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped from the UK.

For next day deliveries orders must be received before 12 pm.

For all orders placed before 12 pm, we aim to dispatch on the same working day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Import duties

If you are based outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties including Tax / VAT.

Please remember the UK is no longer in the European Union, so this also applies to shipments to countries in the EU.

When your delivery reaches the country of your destination, import duties and taxes are levied and payment to our carrier is necessary to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on rates as they vary according to the country, but to see the individual VAT rates in EU countries CLICK HERE
